Isabella de Carvalho is Brazilian and dedicates herself to studying keyboard instruments: piano, pipe organ and harpsichord. She has gained prominence in her country for her artistic versatility, performing as a soloist, chamber musician, collaborator and teacher. She is the pianist of the Children's Choir of the São Paulo State Symphony Orchestra (OSESP). Her training took place in São Paulo, Brazil, in piano from the Municipal School of Music (EMMSP), in piano for Ballet from the School of Dance (EDASP), in pipe organ she has a Bachelor's degree from the University of São Paulo (USP), and studies Harpsichord at the State Music School (EMESP). In 2023, the Swiss pianist Simone Keller met Isabella during her concert tour in São Paulo, where they collaborated on a music project for students with music by Julius Eastman. This led Simone to extend an invitation for Isabella to visit Switzerland.
